Dear Partners,

The 56th Laurentian Conference of Rheumatology will take place on May 8-9 2026.

Clinicians, I invite you to submit your clinical case summaries, especially but not necessarily related to the expertise of our guest speakers.

Researchers, I invite you to present the results of your original clinical or basic research work of rheumatologic interest.

Guidelines for abstract submissions:

Deadline: Monday, March 9th, 2026 at 11:59pm

Submission Categories:

1. Research work.
2. Case presentation.

Maximum Length: 400 words.

Presentation Formats:

Oral Presentations:
Each presenter will have 15 minutes for their presentation, with approximately 20% of the time reserved for questions and discussion.

Poster Presentations:
Poster submissions and poster sessions will not be offered for the 2026 edition of the Laurentian Conference of Rheumatology.

Notification of acceptance of abstracts:

The person responsible for the abstract submission, as indicated in the abstract submission form, will be contacted by a member of the organizing committee of the Conference.

Students, Residents, Post-docs and Fellows:

The Carol Yeadon Prize will be attributed to students, post-docs, or fellows who are deemed to have created the best presentations in the following categories: best research presentation and best oral presentation of a clinical case. A jury will be formed to evaluate the submissions and to select the winning author for each category, who will be receiving a prize valued at 250$.

Industry-initiated abstract

A $175 fee applies for an industry-initiated submission. Taxes are included.
