Abstracts
Guidelines for abstract submissions:
Deadline: Monday, March 31st, 2025 at 11:59pm
Submission Categories:
1. Research work.
2. Case presentation.
Maximum Length: 400 words.
Presentation Formats:
- TBD – virtual
- Oral Presentations: 15 minutes are allocated for each presentation of which 20% should be reserved for questions and discussion.
Notification of acceptance of abstracts:
The person responsible for the abstract submission, as indicated in the abstract submission form, will be contacted by a member of the organizing committee of the Conference.
Students, Residents, Post-docs and Fellows:
The Carol Yeadon Prize will be attributed to students, post-docs, or fellows who are deemed to have created the best presentations in the following 3 categories: best poster, best research presentation, and best oral presentation of a clinical case. A jury will be formed to evaluate the submissions and to select the winning author for each category, who will be receiving a prize valued at 500$.
Industry-initiated abstract
A $175 fee applies for an industry-initiated submission. Taxes are included.
