The abstract submission period is now closed. The submission directives for the 44th Conference will be available soon. Here are the directives for the previous year:
Deadline: March 19, 2012 16:00
Submission Categories:
1. Research work
2. Case presentation
Maximum Length: 400 words.
Presentation formats:
1. Posters : Size: 3’ x 5’ Landscape
2. Oral Presentations: 15 minutes are allocated for each presentation of which 20% should be reserved for questions and discussion.
Notification of Acceptance of Abstracts: The person responsible for the abstract submission, as indicated in the abstract submission form, will be contacted by a member of the organizing committee of the Laurentian Conference of Rheumatology by March 19, 2012.
Students, Residents, Post-docs and Fellows: Their registration fee will remain free. Moreover, those who will make a poster or a podium presentation will receive an André Lussier Fellowship to cover travel and accommodation expenses to attend the Conference.
